Terms of Service

By creating an account on Stagez ("we", "us", "the Platform"), you ("Artist") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Stagez provides artists with a hosted public profile page at stagez.in/your-slug. The page displays your bio, upcoming events, photos, video links, and social media handles.

We do not guarantee any minimum number of visitors or bookings. The Platform is a directory tool — reach and results depend on your own promotion.

Listing on Stagez is free. You can create your profile, publish it, and keep it live at no cost — there is no subscription, no trial period, and no payment method required to use the Platform as it stands today.

We may introduce optional paid features in future (for example, advanced analytics or priority placement). Any such feature will be clearly described, separately priced, and will only be charged with your explicit consent. The current free listing will remain free. You are in control of your profile at all times. You can unpublish it or delete your account from your dashboard whenever you like, with no notice period and no charge.

You retain all rights to the content you upload (bio text, photos, video links). By uploading it you grant Stagez a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform.

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, is sexually explicit, or is misleading. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

• One account per artist. No agencies or aggregate listings.
• All information on your profile must be accurate.
• No scraping, automated access, or reverse-engineering of the Platform.
• No use of the Platform for spam or harassment.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. We will give reasonable notice before any material changes that affect your published profile.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Stagez is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of bookings or revenue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
